For local reservations within Santa Marta, a minimum of 5 hours in advance is required. For trips outside Santa Marta, we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation. However, to avoid any fees, cancellations or modifications must be for local trips within Santa Marta.

We accept cash, Bancolombia or Nequi transfers, as well as payments in US dollars and euros.

If you have extra luggage, you will need to reserve a larger vehicle, which may result in a price adjustment.

On the day of service, we will contact you with the driver's name, the vehicle’s license plate, and notify you once they arrive at the pick-up location.

Please inform us of any flight or train delays. If there is a change in flight number or timing, we will adjust by assigning a new driver or vehicle, and you will be notified accordingly.

We will arrange to return any items left behind in the vehicle.
